A drive to sell 10,000 “shekolim,” to insure the presence of several Uruguayan delegates at the World Zionist Congress, which is scheduled to open in Jerusalem on Aug. 7, was proclaimed here at a meeting called by the Zionist Central Committee. The meeting was called to observe the 50th anniversary of the publication of Theodor Herzl’s “Judenstast.”
