British Highest Court Agrees to Hear Case of Palestine Jew Detained in Eritrea

The Privy Council, the British Empire’s highest appellate court, today agreed to hear arguments on the case of Ben Elizer, a Palestine Jew who has been confined in an Eritrean detention camp, despite a writ of habeas corpus granted to his attorney by the Palestine High Court.
