Most Canadians Are Opposed to Large-scale Immigration, Public Opinion Survey Shows

Only 21 percent of Canada’s population is in favor of large-scale immigration from Europe, according to a survey by the Canadian Institute of Public Opinion.

The province of Quebec is not only opposed to European immigration but to immigration from the British Isles as well.
