The execution of 35,000 Jews in Kiev on Sept. 29 and 30, 1941, was described in a memorandum by a Nazi commander submitted to the International Military Tribunal today by Russian Prosecutor Col. Pokrowski during his cross-examination of Col. General Alfred Jodl, former chief of staff of the German High Command. Jodl continued to deny that he had known of the massacres of Jews.
