The French Government is planning to send a commission to displaced persons camps in Europe to choose a substantial number of immigrants ## aid in the reconstruction of the country, Andre Philip, Minister of National conomy, today told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Philip is in Geneva attending ## meeting of the U.N. preparatory commission for the International Trade Organization.
