The Netherlands Ambassador, Eelco N. van Kleffens, will confer the insignia of the Resistance Cross awarded by the Dutch Government to the Unknown Soldier of the Warsaw Ghetto Battle, at a ceremony to be held tomorrow the Netherlands Consulate General. The decoration will be permanently housed in the monument which is being erected in New York.
