Plans for financing the mass exodus of Europe’s ##eless Jews from the displaced persons camps of central Europe and Cyprus to the ### Jewish state of Israel will be drawn up by American Jewish leaders from all seconds of the country at an emergency national conference of the United Jewish Appeal which will be held at the Hotel Astor here this Saturday evening, May 22, and Sunday, July 23, it was announced today by Henry Morgenthau, Jr., general chairman of the U.J.A.
