Mordecai Namir, Israeli Foreign Ministry representative who is now in Rumania on a special mission, was received by Foreign Minister Anna Pauker today, it was announced here. The meeting marks the first official contact between the Rumanian and Israeli Governments since the former recognized the Jewish state last month.
