Rabbi M.C. Weiler, a member of the ORT world executive and spiritual leader of the Johannesburg Reform Congregation, returned here today from an extended tour of ORT installations in Morocco. He inspected ORT and OSE installations in Casablanca, Marrakech, Meknes, Fes and Sefrou.
