Memorial services for B. Charney Vladeck, former minority leader of the New York City Council and Jewish leader, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of his death, was held here today at Carnegie Hall under the auspices of the Jewish labor Committee. Addresses were delivered by Newbold Morris, former president of the New York City Council; David Dubinsky, president of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers Unions Jacob S. Potofsky, president of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America; Adolph Hold and Alexander Kahn, of the Jewish Daily Forward.
