Mordecai Nemir, counsellor and charge d’affaires in the Israeli legation In Moscow, has been appointed Israeli Minister to Moscow, ac cording to an announcement today. He succeeds Golda Myerson, Israel’s first envoy to Moscow, who is now Minister of Labor.
