An Israeli delegation left today for Mahanaim, in the Syrian frontier, for a resumption of armistice talks with Syrian representative. The delegation was led by Lt. Col. Mordecai Makless, who was accompanied by it. Col. Moshe Dayan, Israeli commander in Jerusalem, acting as an observer.
