No action is likely to be taken before the end of the summer on the appeal lodged with the higher court here by the six Zionist leaders who were sentenced on June 18 to varying terms of imprisonment for allegedly siding the illegal emigration of Jews from this country, it was learned today.

The three Zionist leaders who were acquitted at that trial are still being held in internment, apparently until the entire case will be reviewed by the Appeals Court.
