One of the three judges of the court-martial which ordered the execution of Meir Tobiansky, Haganah member who was later exonerated of all charges levelled against him and who was given a hero’s funeral in Jerusalem, said today that Tobiansky had been a spy.
Testifying at the hearing now taking place before a magistrate’s court at Rehovot, the witness emphasized that he was prepared to corroborate his statement at any time. The hearing is continuing.
