Larrat Battersby, Mosleyite publisher of the Fascist periodical, “Nation,” who is now in London, has been declared an undesirable alien under terms of the immigration laws of South Africa, it was learned here today. Battersby will not be allowed to reenter the Union.

During World War II, Battersby was interned in Britain as a Fascist. Following his release he went to South Africa to establish his quarterly periodical, which carries articles expressing admiration for Hitler and promoting his “Hitlerian center” in Natal.
