Italian Jewry this week-end launched a United Palestine Appeal campaign at a meeting here attended by Jewish communal leaders from all parts of the country.
Among the delegates at the parley were all chief rabbis of Italian cities, representatives of all communities, Raffaele Cantoni, president of the Union of Italian Jewish Communities, and Astore Meier, president of the Italian Zionist Federation, who presided over the meeting.
