The establishment of Maimonides College was announced here by Rabbi Dr. A. Kravetz, president; Rabbi Arthur A. Chiel, dean, and Rabbi Milton Aron, chairman of the administrative committee.

Designed to fill a long-felt need of the community for adequate graduate studies for Jewish youth who have completed the course of study at Jewish schools, and wish to prepare themselves for careers in the teaching profession or youth leadership, Maimonides College will confer a diploma upon students who complete 100 hours of academic work, divided into two semesters of five-day-a-week courses.
