The European executive of the World Confederation of General Zionists decided today to launch immediately a fund-raising campaign in this country in behalf of the General Zionist Fund for Constructive Enterprises. Leading General Zionists from all parts of the world will attend a dinner here on January 3, 1951, marking the official opening of the drive.
