Hyman A. Schulson, former Washington representative of the American Zionist Council and advisor to the American section of the Jewish Agency, was appointed to the post of executive director of the American ORT, it was announced here today. Mr. Schulson was an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board and during the war served in the U.S. Army Air Forces.
