A Uruguayan legation will be established here at the end of next month, it was learned today. The Government of Uruguay has nominated Juan Carlos Artzti as its consul and charge d’affaires. Israel already maintains a legation in Montevideo where Minister Yacov Tsur represents the Jewish state.
