The Federal German Government at Bonn has ordered a full-scale inquiry into allegations that the West German foreign service is being systematically packed with ex-Nazis and former members of Nazi Foreign Minister Ribbentrop’s administration, the Manchester Guardian reported today.
The newspaper’s correspondent said that persons accused of having been officials in the Nazi Foreign Office or members of the Nazi Party were being requested to fill out questionaires similar to these used for de-nazification purposes.
