A modern two story school and nursery building, dedicated to the fallen Jewish martyrs of the Lodz Ghetto, will open shortly in Ramat Amidar, a new community erected in Israel by Amidar, the Jewish Agency-sponsored national housing corporation for immigrants.

The school building, which contains eight classrooms, a dining room and gym, is sponsored by the United Emergency Relief Committee for Lodz, a local fraternal organization which is donating $50,000 for its construction.
