Twelve hunger-striking Hindu Jews, who are demanding their return to India, will be sent back at the expense of the Jewish Agency, it was announced here today by the Agency.
A previous decision, prohibiting any return of immigrants by the Agency, was changed in view of the serious condition of the hunger-strikers. The twelve immigrants were transferred to an immigration camp near Tel Aviv, pending their transfer to India.
