Israel and U.S. Reach Agreement on Housing of Immigrants

An agreement for the use of 4,500,000 Israel pounds from the counter account of the United States grant-in-aid to Israel for immigrant housing projects was disclosed here by R.A. Freier, director of Point Four aid for the Middle East, prior to his departure from Israel.

Mr. Freier stressed the importance of providing housing for immigrants and praised Israel’s achievements in this respect.
