Abraham Feinberg. New York civic leader, has been elected to the presidency of the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovoth, Israel, it was announced today by Dewey D. Stone, chairman of the board. Mr. Feinberg, who was previously chairman of the national council of the American Committee, was inducted into office yesterday at a brief ceremony held in the home of Senator Herbert H.
