The tenth anniversary of the Spanish-language illustrated magazine “Eretz Israel” was celebrated here last night at a gathering attended by Israel Minister to Buenos Aires Yaacov Tsar and Argentine Minister to Tel Aviv Pablo Manguel. Dr. Abraham Mibashan, editor of the publication, told the gathering, which included representative leaders of all walks of Jewish life in this country, that during its ten years of existence the magazine had published 11,000 photographs of Jewish life in Israel and elsewhere in the world.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
