American Academy Awards Prize to Jewish Scientist in Holland

Dr. Hans Freudenthal, Professor at the University of Utrecht, has been awarded a second prize for work in applied mathematics by the American Acadeny of Arts and Sciences. The award calls Dr. Freudenthal’s work a “contribution to the unity of science.”
