Two leading members of a Russian emigre group known as RONDD have been hailed into court here on charges of defaming the Jewish people.

The indictment is based on a Bavarian law which bans and provides punishment for spreading racial and national hatred. The defendants are accused of having maligned the Jewish people in a pamphlet which the organization published.
