A 51-man delegation from the Detroit Chamber of Commerce announced today that its members had decided to establish a chemical producing plant in Israel. The delegation, which spent several days touring the country and meeting with Premier Moshe Sharett, Trade and Industry Minister Peretz Bernstein and Finance Minister Levi Eshkol, left here immediately after making the announcement.
