Ship from Haifa Passes Through Suez Canal to Eilat Unmolested

A vessel with a cargo of 300 tons of cement from Haifa has reached the Israeli port of Eilath, at the head of the Gulf of Akaba, via the Suez Canal.

After the cement is unloaded at Eilath, the vessel will take on a cargo of 300 tons of copper ores from Negev mines for shipment to Haifa.
