Dr. Michael Amir, Israel Minister to the Netherlands, died of a heart attack here today while participating in the opening of an exposition entitled “The Land of the Bible.” The 58-year-old diplomat, who was Israel’s first Minister to the Benelux countries and then its first envoy to The Hague, was a former Rumanian Zionist leader.
