MARSEILLES, France (May. 16)
Israel President Itzhak Ben Zvi arrived here this morning aboard the vessel Negbah. The President and his wife who are on a vacation voyage will remain aboard during the Negbah’s stay in port. The vessel will turn about for Haifa shortly.
