Pinchas Saphir, director of the Israel Treasury, has been negotiating with the Mexican Government for the sale of refined oil to Israel, he revealed here today prior to leaving for the United States.
Mr. Saphir was accompanied here by two Israel oil experts, who advised him during the negotiations. Earlier, he had inaugurated the 1955 Israel bond sales campaign in Mexico.
