Rabbi S. Efrati, head of the kashruth department of the Israel Chief Rabbinate, left yesterday for Rumania and Hungary to investigate the state of kashruth conditions in those countries. His visit is on the invitation of their governments. He will spend two weeks in Bucharest and then proceed to Budapest.
