A new Jewish Family Bible, the most complete edition of the Scriptures ever assembled, containing 188 full-color reproductions of the original art painted by Jacob Barosin, was introduced to the press here today. The edition represents a four-year project. An introduction was written by Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver.

It has a very important encyclopedic section giving the data on every person and place mentioned in the Bible. It also numerous maps of areas mentioned in the Bible.
