One of every seven marriages in Rhodesia are marriages between Jews and non-Jews, the Rhodesian Board of Jewish Deputies reported today. A survey by the Board also showed that in Salisbury and Bulawayo, where most Rhodesian Jews live, the rate was one to 11. The board said the smallness of the Jewish population made the figures “even more alarming.”
