Trygve Lie, former Secretary General of the United Nations, will be the principal guest of honor at a celebration to be held here November 25 marking the tenth anniversary of passage by the UN of a resolution sanctioning the establishment of a Jewish State in Palestine. Mr. Lie will come to New York from Norway especially for this celebration, sponsored by the Zionist Organization of America. Other famous United Nations personalities who participated in the historic action in 1947 will also be present.
