Dr. Emanuel Neumann, president of the Zionist Organization of America and member of the Jewish Agency executive, is leaving tomorrow for a speaking tour of South American countries, it was announced here today. He has undertaken this tour at the request of the Keren-Hayesod in Jerusalem.
Dr. Neumann will visit Lima, Peru; Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Monte-video, Uruguay; Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In all the South American countries he is scheduled to address Zionist public rallies and to meet with leaders of local Jewish communities.
