Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, had an audience with President Arturo Frondizi of Argentina which was attended by Dr. Luis Mackay, the Acting Foreign Minister, and Gen, A. Olascoaga, Chief of the President’s Military House.
Mrs. Meir conveyed the thanks to the President of the Israel Government for the extraordinary hospitality she received on her arrival at the Ezeiza Airport. The President lauded the achievements of Mrs. Meir and of Israel and invited her to have lunch with him and Mrs. Frondizi. The problems of both countries were briefly reviewed.
