Washington Notables Attend Affairs Honoring Foreign Minister Meir

Chairman J. W. Fulbright of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee is tendering a committee luncheon tomorrow in honor of Foreign Minister Golda Meir of Israel. At the luncheon, Mrs, Meir will discuss matters of mutual interest with Sen, Fulbright and members of the committee.

A luncheon for Mrs. Meir, tendered today by Ambassador Avraham Harman, was attended by Labor Secretary Mitchell; President Eugene R. Black of the World Bank; Samuel Waugh, head of the Export-Import Bank; Director James W, Riddleberger of the International Cooperation Administration; Assistant Secretaries of State Jones, Wilcox and Satterwaithe.

Guests at a dinner tendered by Mr, Harman included Chief Justice Warren, Under-Secretary of State Livinston T. Merchant, Director Vance Brand of the Development Loan Fund and Eric Johnston.
