The Austrian Cabinet decided today to send a high police official, Josef Wiesinger, to Israel to attend the trial of Adolf Eichmann as an observer.

A spokesman said that since Eichmann lived in Austria for many years, it was of the “utmost interest” to Austrian officials whether any of the information to be revealed during the trial, which will begin April 11, will be connected with that country.
