South African Jewry’s “warm regard and full cooperation” was assured here last night to Simcha Pratt, Israel’s new Minister to the Republic of South Africa, at an extremely cordial reception tendered to the new envoy. The spokesman assuring Mr. Pratt of the community’s continued esteem was Namie Philips, chairman of the South African Jewish Board of Deputies.
