Germany and Israel Sign Pact to Avoid Double Taxation for Business

An agreement to avoid double taxation on Israeli-West German business transactions was signed by Dr. Felix Shinnar, head of the Israel Purchasing Mission here and Minister Aldir von Haften of the West German Foreign Office.

The agreement contains provisions stipulating rights of taxation on income and corporation taxes and includes some special provisions to facilitate West German investment in Israel.
