A group of about 600 immigrants from Latin America, most of them from Argentina, arrived in Israel today, and were transferred immediately to homes prepared for them in various parts of the country.
This is the second large group of Latin American immigrants to arrive here of late, A third contingent is expected here soon. Some of the newly arrived settlers will go to Kochav, a settlement begun by Latin Americans in the Lachish region.
