Torrance city officials said today that members of the American Nazi Party and of the John Birch Society broke up a civil rights forum here. The officials said that six speakers, assembled for a panel discussion in Torrance High School, never had a chance to speak. They were booed, hissed and yelled down by the Nazi and Birch society hecklers who passed out anti-Negro literature linking their campaign to “anti-Communism.”
