The Foreign Ministry has informed the West German electronics firm, Grundig, that import licenses for all of the firm’s products will be canceled unless the company affirms that it has not yielded to the Arab boycott, it was reported here today. Grundig’s Israel agent disclosed that he was proceeding to West Germany this week and that he hoped to get such a declaration.

The Foreign Ministry statement followed a report that Grundig had notified its agents to stop all sales to Israeli firms in response to pressure from the Arab boycott committee. The company had been selling its television, radio and other electronic products very widely in Israel.
