A memorial meeting marking the end of the traditional 30-day shoshim mourning period for the late Moshe Sharett was held at Beit Haam here. It was attended by President Shazar, Premier Levi Eshkol and other leading Israeli personalities.
Eulogies were delivered by Deputy Premier Abba Eban, Jewish Agency executive chairman Aryeh Pincus and Jewish Agency immigration department head S.Z. Shragai. Actress Hanna Rovina read excerpts from three of Mr. Sharett’s speeches.
