President Johnson Greets Boston Jewish Advocate on 65th Anniversary

President Johnson led a distinguished list of leaders of all walks of American life in greeting the Jewish Advocate of Boston on its 65th anniversary and the golden jubilee of Dr. Alexander Brin, its editor and publisher.

The President praised the newspaper for having consistently “maintained a high standard of excellence” and noted that “you have displayed a true conception of public duty and the responsibilities of citizenship in a democracy.”
