Defense Minister Moshe Dayan disclosed in the Knesset yesterday that Israel has information that Egypt has already set up a number of Soviet-made SAM-3 anti-aircraft missile bases. He also reported that during the first three months of 1970 a total of 44 grenade-throwing incidents in the Gaza Strip caused six deaths and injuries to 196 persons. Five of the dead were local residents, as were 179 of the injured, he said.
