A Jordanian Embassy spokesman confirmed to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that King Hussein will be in Washington Dec. 8-10 and that he will meet with President Nixon at the White House. George Shamma, press attache, said the purpose of the King’s visit was to seek American support for Israeli withdrawal from Arab territories it conquered in 1967.
